The Hui ‘Ahinahina Booster Club
The Chaminade Hui ‘Ahinahina Booster Club was co-founded by Board of Regents’ Member Carolyn Berry Wilson and Board of Governors’ Member Adm. “Zap” Zlatoper (USN, Ret.), and it serves as the main fundraising support for our 130 student-athletes and 10 sports programs. By joining the Booster Club, you can make your gift to either a specific team or Athletics in general. Your commitment will provide our young men and women with the essential needs of every athletics program: equipment, scholarships, travel opportunities, and meals.
One of the most dynamic parts of supporting the Hui ‘Ahinahina Booster Club is the opportunity to attend the EA Sports Maui Invitational Tournament, hosted by Chaminade University. This nationally televised and highly celebrated basketball tournament is a consistent crowd-pleaser, and Chaminade has proudly hosted it since its inception in 1983. Tickets are available at various levels of the Booster Club, and you can reserve your All-Tournament tickets today!
In November, 2015, the teams hitting the courts at the EA Sports Maui Invitational Tournament will be Chaminade University, Indiana University, University of Kansas, St. John’s University, UCLA, UNLV, and Wake Forest University.

Chaminade’s annual Intercollegiate Athletics Gala Event is a formal dinner that inducts well-deserved members of the Chaminade University ‘ohana into the university’s Hall of Fame, as they are recognized for their contributions and dedication to Chaminade. Led by event visionary and chairman Dr. Edison H. Miyawaki, the Gala has positively flourished during past years. It has raised more than $1 million in support of Chaminade Athletics, through the generous sponsorships of businesses in the community, booster members, university supporters, and the honorees themselves.
